The Active Monitoring Service is an active / real-time monitoring and response/support service where alerts and issues are addressed by the Consistent State Staff of Professional PostgreSQL DBA's Multiple fixed-cost structures are available based on desired response times and Service levels The Active Monitoring service is also available as an Add-On to the Proactive Monitoring Service where the Add-On monthly fee is minimal (based on the desired service level) and Admin-Pack hours are used to respond to issues based on defined response times The Active Monitoring Service automatically generates tickets in our ticketing system so all issues are tracked to completion. Clients can log in at any time to view, update, add comments etc.
